Yes. Our Corporate Gifting team can assist you with orders of 25 units or more. Please note that this product minimum also applies to corporate personalization.
If you’d like to purchase fewer than 25 items, you can place an order directly from our website.
Absolutely! We offer personalization options to create a memorable gifting experience for your recipients. We offer embossing or embroidery on most bags. We’d love to explore the possibilities with you.
Please note, we do ask to know who the end user is on every bespoke project due to our sustainability focus.
We ship globally to almost every country via DHL or UPS. Have an expedited timeline? The Corporate Gifting team can work with you on feasibility once we have more details.
Please note that because we ship with UPS, we’re unable to deliver to a P.O. Box address.
If you’re interested in making a corporate purchase but want to see the product in person, we encourage you to place an order directly online. We have a 100-day return window on all our products, so you can exchange or return any item for a full refund if you decide it’s not for you and the bag is still in new condition.
For personalized corporate gifting orders, get in touch and we’re happy to provide you with a digital mock-up. We do not provide physical samples for personalized orders at this time.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of items that were purchased as a corporate gift. However, our products are guaranteed through our five-year guarantee that covers against manufacturing fault. Read more about our warranty below.

If you need to return your product for the repair of a manufacturing fault during the first year after its purchase, we also pay the return shipping costs.
